Developing change and bringing creativity is the main aspect of every learning and teacher is role model who actually brings this innovation through their energy and efforts.
Students respect and in most cases admire their teachers too. Being a good presenter in front of students and got highest ranks in their books when matter comes about appreciation, teacher certainly needs certain ways that makes him/her different than routine. How to keep yourself outstanding involves exploring yourself, new knowledge’s and ideas. It is not just thinking and idealizing one situation , this is in fact thinking, planning and implementing the innovation at the same time keeping in my mind what is acceptable, different and a thing worth saying to be “innovative”. Being innovative is wish of every learner and educator, but how many of these, can really be proved as Different, unique and revolution oriented is countable on fingers.
So, being a teacher how can you prepare and then implement all strategies in class which makes you a teacher really different, creative and innovative. Recent changes in curriculum and exam patterns have given emphasis on analysis of practical situation that a community is facing and involve practical knowledge along with the theoretical aspects. Another fact is not all of educators are smart enough to provide this creativity and research based knowledge to students. More practice-oriented material is, more interest it will seek from students and an involved approach too. Mental attitude should never ignore in this regard.
Change and development is always required. No matter what is the stage of education you are going through?
Whether you are developing a curriculum, an apparatus, a social media community for education, rule-making exercise, whether this is science or Arts, innovation in education is a significant tool for change and development in education.
A teacher`s first challenge is bringing uniqueness and innovation in class. Developing learning strategy that student minds appreciates and have interest in is project-based learning, i.e.Project-based learning is an example of innovation;any opposite opinion is not disregarded. While learning through projects is indeed innovative compared to get and sit, drill as well a skill, textbook and teacher-led oriented instruction.The main aspect of innovation in project based learning is its adaptability and flexibility. Students are not given with the concepts; they work through real problems and make themselves capable to practical scenarios rather than remembering lines narrated in books.
Innovation is observed from any educator’s daily routine in class, it can not be implemented by telling and doing something in a different way just for once. It needs a continuous, improved and incremental approach.
Firstly, there needs to be a sense of priority. Here, what is most important? What should students learn? Real priority requires a kind of honesty that can look at a wide list of academic standards
Innovation requires that kind of honesty, the kind of priority that allow your team of teachers or students to see what is most important in any given circumstance, and inculcate what is necessary from there.
It goes without saying that to be innovative; you are going to need material that is creative. The most captivating resources typically sought for innovation are money and permission.
There is a time and a place for models;in addition it depends on circumstance when you will need their work to add creativity in your words. Tempting things that has been accomplished by others before you, giving you evidence what is possible.
When you have planned something new, you should take it as challenge and initiate it even hindrance or risks hidden. A real willingness to take risks means being prepared for worst results and still striving for bringing quality and perfection through bringing new ideas.
